SUMMER THIEF STRIKES AGAIN!

fav_thngs_cmbnd_thumb[1][1]

You know, if somebody gets away with something for awhile, they often begin to feel like it’s okay to keep doing it.  Bloggers have been so kind about letting  me “borrow” their photos for my “Favorite Things”   posts,  so I just keep “borrowing”.  (Is it borrowing if the blogger doesn’t know about it?)  You may click on each photo if you’d like to visit these beautiful blogs.  (s-h-h-h ; don’t tell them that I stole borrowed their photo!!)

sweedish bdrm  As always, please let me know if you would like me to remove your photo from my blog.  If your photo has appeared on my blog, and you do not plan to report me to the blogging police, please feel free to take the “One of Laurie’s Favorites” button from my sidebar to post on your blog.  I’m going to try to redeem myself by posting some photos of some of my favorite flowers in my back yard.

Since all of these photos are favorite summer things (even Christie’s daughter’s bedroom reminds me of a summer day), I’m linking to The Tablescaper for Summer Sundays.

Thank you so much for visiting me, and thanks to all of you who offered to bring me a cake with a file in it when I am jailed for theft!  I hope I won’t have to email you to ask for a cake.  Please go visit the links to other blogger’s favorites.  laurie

Awww! They won't turn you in - I bet they feel honored that you "borrowed" their photos and posted about their blogs. :-D
Just came in from watering plants and unloading cokes from the car, and I don't know which was worse, the heat or mosquitoes!!!

Hi there Laurie! I am so happy to have found you again! Such lovely, lovely pictures you are showing from blogs here. Oh, I'm quite sure all these bloggers will be delighted!

Next let me just say how CREATIVE you are to come up with that sailing tabelscape. Very original and just as cute as can be. Good job!

Wonderful of summer pics! As much as we complain about the heat, the summer seems to fly, and the nasty, cold, rotten winter seems eternal!
Your flowers are beautiful. I await the hibiscus, they bloom in August here.
Thanks for hosting. Happy weekend!
(Stopped to see Bill at his outlet today...found a bargain.)

Laurie, you are so kind and your comments so sweet to this two month old blogger! I SO appreciate the feature of my daughter's room! I worked so hard in this room...we were down to studs because of water damage and some resulting mold, so it turned out so nice for our little girl. I am so grateful that you like it and for the post :)!!! Love the beautiful flowers! And while it is so hot outside, these will be beautiful pictures to come back and look at when it gets cold outside...the fresh, pretty colors! Thank you, thank you! Laurie, I agree these are some very special posts, but so are your flowers. What beautiful hibiscus blooms!
Thanks for hosting this fun meme each weekend. I was rushed to get my link in before we went out for the evening. Sorry I didn't get my comment in at the same time. :-)
Happy weekend! ~ Sarah

Yes...I am a late night blogger...when all is quiet in the house! Thank you for your kind words on 'A Monogrammed Life.' The room with the two iron beds is my oldest daughter's room. We found an iron bed that was almost free, but could never find another vintage bed to match. It is so beautiful, but now rest in my attic! It was my inspiration, but we eventually bought these iron beds from an online co. AND, this is an older picture of her room. She has the 'princess' nets hanging from the ceiling and I just had to get over it! ":) The quilts on her bed were found at TJMaxx and I can't believe I found matching twin ones! The Swedish room that you featured is my youngest daughter's room and these two rooms join via a 'jack and jill' bathroom. Thank you again for the sweet post! Sleep well! threepixielane

I have been loving Jain's blog for a while now too. She has the most wonderful photos and tablescapes. Glad you stole her! haha. It was fun checking out the other bloggers you stole too. How nice of you to feature them. Should I bake a cake with a file though just in case you get caught!

That's not stealing, that's featuring! Now, if you were showing their photos and not giving them credit, that would be a different story.

Thanks so much for being a part of Summer Sundays! Looking forward to having you with us next Sunday too!

I agree with "tablescaper" it's a feature, nothing more if you include the who's who.

the minor changes to your cupboard reminded you of just what was there and made you happy, so that's what counts. And it does look good!
